An Eerie Tale Halloween Album (Image Heavy)

Hi folks! I have a wonderful Halloween album to share with you today. I *know* I said I want to move away from albums but I still have so many prepackaged album blanks on hand and entirely too much paper. Wait, did I say that out loud? Goodness! We'll just have to pretend I didn't say that...

Speaking of album blanks, I found a great price on the old Bo Bunny "My Word" cascading albums. Because I always have to justify shipping charges, I bought 5. This is my first one.

It's made using Graphic 45's An Eerie Tale. It took up 99% of a 12x12 pad. I love how this one turned out and can't wait for it to find a new home and life breathed into it with family photos.

There are 7 individual chipboard pages instead of the original 6. I also used the chipboard packaging sheet. It was the right size! The album -- with rings -- is 14" long and 6" wide.

There are 22 single panels, 15 folded panels and 4 tags. There is quite a lot of room for family Halloween fun!

Click the photos for larger images!

Pages 2 and 3

3 of the folded panels are found on these pages

Turning Over A New Leaf Greeting Card, Bo Bunny Autumn Song

Hi folks! I have the second card using Bo Bunny's newly-discovered-in-my-stash Autumn Song. Sometimes it's like finding treasure in this studio...

There are musical notes in the background of a lot of the Autumn Song papers. Here I've used a painted Dusty Attic music notes chipboard to help sing the song of change.

Thanks for stopping in today! I'll have one more Autumn card tomorrow. All the Autumn-themed cards and Halloween cards are available in my Killam Creative Paper Etsy shop now!

Be Awesome Today! Greeting Card

Hello hello! As I was pulling out Christmas papers for the next round of cards, I got distracted by Bo Bunny's Autumn Song. I have no idea how long it's been here... but it's awfully pretty! I have three cards to share with you and the first one is today.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I'll have two more Autumn-themed cards over the next few days. They are all available for purchase in my Killam Creative Paper Etsy shop!

Hey, Hey! The (Steampunk Spells) Gang's All Here! Graphic 45, Greeting Card

I love those moments when you have a great design idea pop in your head. I am quite happy with how these party-goers are wearing their name tags. There's no question who's who! The chick with wings is the ring leader. Watch out for her.

This is the last of my Graphic 45 "Steampunk Spells". I'm OK with that!

This card needed some pre-planning rather that the normal fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants routine. I was still struggling with the best way to use the name plates as I was about to attach the front panel to the card base. Then, BOOM -- the idea to curl them using brads as anchors popped in my tired brain. Luckily it wasn't too late to make sure the brad underbits were covered. It sounds simple but, you know, that seat-of-the-pants thing. I added them before attaching the front panel to the card base. Yea, that simple. Me=dork.

Halloween Witches Greeting Card, Not Your Average Tea Party!

I adore this party of 4 witches in their hats... discussing spells... who to hex next. You know, the normal topics of conversation at tea parties!

The witchy women are a digitally printed vintage image. All the designer papers are from The My Mind's Eye "Wicked" pad. The ticket is a Tim Holtz stamp and the flowers are a combination of Dusty Attic, Prima, Petaloo, and Wild Orchid. The rhinestones are Prima, I think. They are old enough that I had to add extra adhesive to keep them down.

Something Wicked This Way Comes, Haunted House Greeting Card

This is a favorite! It is simple only because the My Mind's Eye "Wicked" papers made it so easy to design. The three pages flowed together so well. I spent my formidable years in a town with a big historic cemetery and a Victorian house similar to the one on the inside.

The house is made of the peacock grungeboard and cut out using a Tim Holtz Sizzix die. I crinkled vellum paper to give the effect of broken glass. The smoke coming from the fireplace is actual peacock feathers. The little girl is a digital vintage image. Shh... we won't talk about the ghostly rhinestones coming from the window; they might hear us.

Dr Dreadful's Emporuim Greeting Card, Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells

"Hello there, deary. Can I off you some perilously potent potions? Oh, you're here for a friend? Perhaps you need some curiously creepy charms? Yes, that's it. Step right in, my dear..."

Graphic 45's Steampunk Spells set the stage for this wicked emporium. Beware Dr. Dreadful!

Dr. Dreadful is layered to get a closer look at his next victim customer

A look inside the creepy emporium

He even has coordinating "packaging" for all potions and charms

It's Halloween! Let's Go Costume Crazy!

Boo!
Eek!

What's your Halloween costume this year? I think I'll dress as a roller derby girl. I'm still working that one out... If not, I'll go as a witch. I colored my hair auburn red recently and it will fit in with both personas!

This card is all about My Mind's Eye Lost And Found Halloween. Did you buy tons of it when it came out? I love it so much I did exactly that!

It comes with a coordinating gift box, too!

Black Cat In A Pumpkin Halloween Greeting Card

Hello hello! This is such a cute digital vintage image, isn't it? It really isn't Halloween without black cats and pumpkins. :) I used more of that fabulous My Mind's Eye "Wicked" paper and added loads of texture with sewing, lace, and flowers. The buttons are vintage glass and are sewn on by hand.

So sweet!

A matching gift box, too!

Halloween Skeleton Salesman Greeting Card, Vintage Antikamnia Image, My Mind's Eye

Hello! As I was looking through my Halloween paper stash, I found an unused 6x6 pad of My Mind's Eye "Wicked" paper line. How did I ever miss this one?! I don't know what year it came out, but I do know it's great.

The skellie salesman is a digital print from an old Antikamnia Chemical Company. They sold the products that would "cure what ails ya"... until they were shut down in 1914. Oops.

The salesman is layered... you might think he's walking right off the card!
